Responsibilities:

The aim of the team is to apply cutting edge techniques to quantitative solutions and ultimately generate alpha for both internal and external clients. The candidate’s main focus will be:

l  Developing new quantitative strategies back to front (stocks, fixed income, FoF)

l  Collaborating with in-house scientists to exploit latest development in AI and its applications

l  Communicating research findings to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

l  Educated at top schools with a degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. math, physics, CS or engineering)

l  Solid programming skills (e.g., python/R/Java)

l  Experience in quantitative trading/research or model development/optimization

l  Knowledge of deep learning

l  Excellent communication skills to convey complex/abstract ideas clearly (both English and Chinese)

l  A self-starter who can manage workflow without clear instructions

What will I work on?

The candidate is a skilled engineer and will be building deep learning models for medical image diagnosis applications such as segmentation, localization and classification of abnormalities. The candidate will write high quality model with high performance and good memory management, together with state-of-the-art accuracies and embed into our proprietary software.
