Biography
Julian Shun is an Assistant Professor at MIT in the EECS department. Prior to that, he was a Miller Research Fellow at UC Berkeley working with Michael Mahoney. Julian obtained his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University, and was advised by Guy Blelloch.
His research interests include theory and practice of parallel computing, especially parallel graph processing frameworks, algorithms, data structures, and tools for deterministic parallel programming.
