modern shopping experience. We are starting by aggregating and analyzing third-party consumer

reviews, which we then offer to brands and retailers, so they can learn what consumers are thinking about

their products in real time. Our aim is to decrease consumer returns and to increase speed-to-market on

Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote

Responsibilities Include:

Role Overview: As a UX/UI Designer at Blue Sarah, you will be responsible for creating user-centered

designs for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate mostly with our CRO and CTO to

produce experience and interface design that is intuitive to use, visually delightful, and interfaces with our

backend to meet user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate has passion for communication

through design, and loves the concept of Blue Sarah.

Key Responsibilities:

● User Research & Analysis:

Attend all customer meetings to conduct user research and gather insights and validate

design decisions. Analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design

solutions.

● Design & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and designs for web and mobile applications.

Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate design

concepts effectively. An ideal candidate will be able to use Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch and

will be able to code. An ideal candidate will also have experience creating logo design

and marketing materials.

● UI Design:

Design delightful, beautiful, easy to understand, and responsive interfaces for mobile and

desktop applications and website

Work with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.

● Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with our CTO and Product development team to understand project

requirements and constraints.

Present and articulate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs to team members and

other stakeholders.

● Continuous Improvement:

Run usability testing to iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to

enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve

design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

● Education & Experience:

○ 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital product

environment.

● Skills:

○ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma,

○ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

○ Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design strategies.

○ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Soft Skills:

○ Strong entrepreneurial spirit.

○ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

○ Strong communication and presentation skills.

○ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
