Did you know that MIT students have access to free legal resources to support their innovative, academic, and entrepreneurial work? For the past five years Boston University School of Law has partnered with MIT to create two clinics — the Startup Law Clinic and Technology Law Clinic — where BU Law students represent MIT students and student-led ventures on issues related to intellectual property, corporate law, data privacy, cybersecurity, and media/First Amendment issues. In this talk clinic directors Jim Wheaton and Andy Sellars will talk about the work of the clinics, common legal issues they see, and how you can use these legal resources while an MIT student.
We are working with a CSAIL startup founded by Associate Professor Adam Chipala, to pilot an integration between zoom and Alliances' CRM.
