|WHAT IS A CSAIL START-UP?|
A CSAIL start-up is defined as any start-up that has a current or former CSAIL student, faculty, research scientist or post-doc, as a founder or major stakeholder, as well as any start-up using technologies from CSAIL research.
To provide a substantive connection for CSAIL start-ups to the lab, researchers, students and emerging technologies.
|WHAT IS CSAIL START-UP CONNECT?|
CSAIL Start-Up Connect is a program for CSAIL start-ups through CSAIL Alliances. It is for early stage start-ups < 5-years-old and < $5 million in revenues. Through this program, CSAIL start-ups will be able to utilize select benefits of the CSAIL Alliances Program at NO COST.
HOW DO I JOIN?
|1 | Invitations to lectures and member-only workshops|
|2 | Ability to send up to 5 representatives to the CSAIL Alliances Program Annual Meeting, which showcases the latest research from the lab, as well as student projects and start ups|
|3 | Connect with other CSAIL Alliances members: cap.csail.mit.edu/members|
|4 | Host recruiting events in the lab and participate in lab 'talent showcases'|
|5 | Attend Start-Up Connect events during the year to network with CSAIL researchers, students and member companies of Alliances and research initiatives|
